Comisario Slow Fig Estate Margarita

A Comisario Reposado margarita built with fig, cinnamon agave syrup, and a polished hospitality finish.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Comisario Reposado
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.75 oz fig syrup — fresh or unsweetened
• 0.5 oz orange cognac liqueur
• 0.5 oz cinnamon agave syrup
• 1 pinch mexican mint marigold — lightly slapped or expressed

Garnish

• smoked salt rim — half rim
• fig wedge
• marigold leaf

Method

1. Prepare the glass with the garnish or rim and fill with fresh ice if serving on the rocks.
2. Add all liquid ingredients to a shaker with hard ice.
3. Shake until very cold and bright.
4. Fine strain into the prepared glass.
5. Garnish cleanly and serve immediately.
