Firelit Grapefruit Comisario Margarita Serve

A Comisario Blanco margarita built with grapefruit, simple syrup, and a polished hospitality finish.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Comisario Blanco
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.75 oz fresh grapefruit juice — fresh or unsweetened
• 0.5 oz orange liqueur
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 1 pinch basil — lightly slapped or expressed

Garnish

• Tajín rim — half rim
• grapefruit crescent
• basil leaf

Method

1. Prepare the glass with the garnish or rim and fill with fresh ice if serving on the rocks.
2. Add all liquid ingredients to a shaker with hard ice.
3. Shake until very cold and bright.
4. Fine strain into the prepared glass.
5. Garnish cleanly and serve immediately.
