Nocturne Ginger Comisario Margarita Ritual

A Comisario Reposado margarita built with ginger, demerara syrup, and a polished hospitality finish.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Comisario Reposado
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.75 oz ginger syrup — fresh or unsweetened
• 0.5 oz orange liqueur
• 0.5 oz demerara syrup
• 1 pinch shiso — lightly slapped or expressed

Garnish

• citrus sugar rim — half rim
• candied ginger
• shiso leaf

Method

1. Prepare the glass with the garnish or rim and fill with fresh ice if serving on the rocks.
2. Add all liquid ingredients to a shaker with hard ice.
3. Shake until very cold and bright.
4. Fine strain into the prepared glass.
5. Garnish cleanly and serve immediately.
