Comisario Ruby Grapefruit Mexican Mint Marigold Paloma Royale

A Comisario Blanco paloma built with ruby grapefruit, simple syrup, and a polished hospitality finish.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Comisario Blanco
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 2 oz ruby grapefruit juice
• 2 oz sparkling grapefruit soda — top to length
• 1 pinch fine salt
• 1 sprig mexican mint marigold — for aroma

Garnish

• ruby grapefruit wedge
• marigold leaf
• salt pinch — optional

Method

1. Build tequila, lime, sweetener, and fruit in a chilled highball.
2. Add ice and stir briefly.
3. Top with sparkling grapefruit soda.
4. Lift gently with a bar spoon.
5. Garnish and serve tall.
