Firelit Jalapeño Comisario Ranch Water

A Comisario Blanco ranch water built with jalapeño, coconut syrup, and a polished hospitality finish.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Comisario Blanco
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.25 oz coconut syrup — optional
• 3.5 oz sparkling mineral water — top
• 0.5 oz jalapeño tincture — for seasonal accent
• 1 pinch fine salt
• 1 sprig sage — for aroma

Garnish

• jalapeño coin
• sage leaf

Method

1. Build tequila, lime, fruit, and optional sweetener in a highball.
2. Add cold mineral water and ice.
3. Stir once to keep the bubbles alive.
4. Garnish with a clean citrus or herb accent.
