Comisario Añejo Lime Aperitif Spritz

A Comisario Añejo spritz built with lime, ginger syrup, and a polished hospitality finish.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Comisario Añejo
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz ginger syrup
• 2 oz sparkling wine — chilled
• 1.5 oz soda water — top
• 1 sprig mexican mint marigold

Garnish

• lime wheel
• marigold leaf

Method

1. Build tequila, fruit, and sweetener in a wine glass.
2. Add ice and stir briefly.
3. Top with sparkling wine and soda.
4. Garnish with a lifted aromatic accent.
