Comisario Prickly Pear Aperitif Spritz

A Comisario Blanco spritz built with prickly pear, honey syrup, and a polished hospitality finish.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Comisario Blanco
• 0.75 oz prickly pear syrup
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 2 oz sparkling wine — chilled
• 1.5 oz soda water — top
• 1 sprig basil

Garnish

• prickly pear cube
• basil leaf

Method

1. Build tequila, fruit, and sweetener in a wine glass.
2. Add ice and stir briefly.
3. Top with sparkling wine and soda.
4. Garnish with a lifted aromatic accent.
