Comisario Hibiscus Terrace Spritz

A Comisario Reposado spritz built with hibiscus, fruit shrub, and a polished hospitality finish.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Comisario Reposado
• 0.75 oz hibiscus tea
• 0.5 oz fruit shrub
• 2 oz sparkling wine — chilled
• 1.5 oz soda water — top
• 1 sprig mint

Garnish

• hibiscus flower
• mint bouquet

Method

1. Build tequila, fruit, and sweetener in a wine glass.
2. Add ice and stir briefly.
3. Top with sparkling wine and soda.
4. Garnish with a lifted aromatic accent.
