A Comisario Blanco spritz built with jasmine, simple syrup, and a polished hospitality finish.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Comisario Blanco
• 0.75 oz jasmine tea
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 2 oz sparkling wine — chilled
• 1.5 oz soda water — top

Garnish

• jasmine blossom
• citrus peel

Method

1. Build tequila, fruit, and sweetener in a wine glass.
2. Add ice and stir briefly.
