Bloom Blood Orange Comisario Tequila Sour

A Comisario Añejo sour built with blood orange, maple syrup, and a polished hospitality finish.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Comisario Añejo
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.75 oz maple syrup
• 0.5 oz blood orange juice
• 0.5 oz egg white or aquafaba — optional for foam
• 1 pinch lavender

Garnish

• blood orange wheel
• lavender sprig

Method

1. Dry shake if using egg white or aquafaba.
2. Add ice and shake until polished and cold.
3. Fine strain into a chilled glass.
4. Garnish with a single aromatic detail.
