Comisario Maple Tequila Sour 14

A Comisario Reposado sour built with maple, honey syrup, and a polished hospitality finish.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Comisario Reposado
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.75 oz honey syrup
• 0.5 oz maple syrup
• 0.5 oz egg white or aquafaba — optional for foam
• 1 pinch dill

Garnish

• orange twist
• dill frond

Method

1. Dry shake if using egg white or aquafaba.
2. Add ice and shake until polished and cold.
3. Fine strain into a chilled glass.
4. Garnish with a single aromatic detail.
