2 oz Comisario Extra Añejo VII
0.5 oz Smoked Honey Syrup
0.5 oz Amaro Nonino
2 dashes Cacao Bitters
Smoked Honey Syrup; Combine 3 parts honey to 1 part hot water. Stir until smooth, then gently smoke using applewood chips or a culinary torch under glass.
Allow the smoke to rest for 30 seconds before sealing or bottling.
(Result: a silky, smoky sweetness that mirrors the aged oak warmth of Comisario.)
Leatherneck
Bold and unapologetic, for the USMC spirit.
This drink was created in 1951 by New York World Telegram columnist Frank Farrell, a former U.S. Marine leatherneck is a colloquial term for a Marine within the veteran community.
Comisario Añejo + Blue curaçao + lime juice, aromatic bitters + smoked citrus.
Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
Add ½ part lime juice.
Add ½ part blue curacao.
Add 1 part Comisario.
Shake really well.
Strain with Hawthorn Strainer into a stemmed coupe or cocktail glass.

Prior to raiding Fort Ticonderoga at the beginning of the Revolutionary War in 1775, Ethan Allen and his Green Mountain Boys, knocked back several rum & cider cocktails known as the Stone Fence cocktail.
The Armistice was the ceasefire that ended hostilities between the Allies and Germany on 11 November 1918. The Armistice did not end the First World War itself, but it was the agreement which stopped the fighting on the Western Front while the terms of the permanent peace were discussed.

Velvety oak, dark fruit, toasted vanilla, whispers of tobacco and cacao, rich and dignified, yet balanced by restraint.
add 2 ounces (59 mL) of Comisario Extra Añejo VII add 1 ounce (30 mL) of sweet vermouth add 2 dashes of aromatic bitters chill your glass with ice and soda water chill your shaker by filling it 2/3 with ice and stir some 20 rotations empty the glass pour your drink into the glass garnish with a skewed cherry.
French 75 (Comisario Edition)
A salute to WWI aviators, invented in Paris, sparkling and refined.
The drink dates to World War I, when in 1915 an early form was created at the New York Bar in Paris. The combination was said to have such a kick that it felt like being shelled with the powerful French 75mm field gun.
1.5 oz Comisario Blanco
0.5 oz Fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz Agave syrup
Top with Brut Champagne (or a premium dry sparkling wine)
Garnish: Lemon twist or edible gold flake
Add Comisario Blanco, lemon juice, and agave syrup to a shaker with ice.
Shake briskly for 10–12 seconds until chilled and silky.
Strain into a flute.
Top gently with Champagne, letting bubbles rise through the citrus aroma.
Express a lemon twist over the glass and place it delicately on the rim.
