1 oz Pineapple Lemon Syrup
1 oz Elderflower Liqueur
1 oz Pineapple Juice
Pineapple Foam
Pineapple Leaf & Parsley Garnish

Instructions
The foam can be made using professional siphon or blending the pineapple foam mixture on high speed for home bartenders without a siphon on hand. Choosing your method and stabilizer is simply preference, you can use pineapple and lemon with egg white, agar-agar, versawhip or stand alone without a stabilizer using a high-powered blender, the pineapple will create its own natural foam, not as stable but every bit as delicious.
