Ingredients
2 oz de Comisario Añejo
1 oz Baileys Caramel
1 oz chilled espresso, de espresso frío
.5 oz vanilla syrup or liqeuer
Ice Cubes, Hielo en cubos
Burnt Brown Sugar for garnish,
Azúcar moreno quemado para la decoración
Instructions
First prepare and chill espresso.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add the Comisario Tequila Añejo.
Pour in the Bailey Caramel.
Finally add the chilled espresso.
Blend in the Vanilla Syrup or Liqueur
Shake with a lot of energy and vigor to achieve the right consistency for at least 20 seconds to properly chill and froth the cocktail.
Bring the cold coupe cocktail glass out of the fridge.
Optional decoration, torch brown sugar to a flat disk and sit atop the glass.
