AGING
The history of Wine Making dates back ten thousand years, the us of oak barrels began over 2500 years ago, around 350 B.C., when the Greeks and Romans found they preferred wine that had been aged in barrels over the fermented grape juice they’d been storing in animal pelts and clay. Comisario follows the wine inspired aging program for its aged expressions, we didn’t invent it but we studied the greatest to elevate our aged expressions beyond compare.
