- 2 oz Comisario Blanco
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.75 oz maple syrupfresh or unsweetened
- 0.5 oz orange liqueur
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
Garnish
- vanilla salt rimhalf rim
- orange twist
- lime wheel
Serve
Method
- Prepare the glass with the garnish or rim and fill with fresh ice if serving on the rocks.
- Add all liquid ingredients to a shaker with hard ice.
- Shake until very cold and bright.
- Fine strain into the prepared glass.
- Garnish cleanly and serve immediately.
