- 2 oz Comisario Blanco
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.75 oz agave syrupadjust to taste
- 0.5 oz orange liqueuroptional for classic profile
Garnish
- fine gold salt rimhalf rim
- lime wheel
Serve
Method
- Rim half the glass with fine salt and set aside.
- Shake all ingredients with hard ice until very cold.
- Strain over a large cube and garnish with lime.
