Build

Ingredients

  1. 2 oz Comisario Blanco
  2. 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
  3. 0.75 oz coconut waterfresh or unsweetened
  4. 0.5 oz orange liqueur
  5. 0.35 oz maple syrup
  6. 1 pinch rosemarylightly slapped or expressed

Garnish

  • Tajín rimhalf rim
  • toasted coconut
  • rosemary sprig
Serve

Method

  1. Prepare the glass with the garnish or rim and fill with fresh ice if serving on the rocks.
  2. Add all liquid ingredients to a shaker with hard ice.
  3. Shake until very cold and bright.
  4. Fine strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish cleanly and serve immediately.
Hospitality Note

Keep citrus cold and use a half rim so the coconut profile stays refined.

Batch / Event Note

For 8 serves, batch tequila, citrus, and modifiers cold; shake individual portions with ice.
