- 2 oz Comisario Reposado
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.75 oz blackberry pureefresh or unsweetened
- 0.5 oz orange cognac liqueur
- 0.5 oz agave syrup
- 1 pinch sagelightly slapped or expressed
Garnish
- smoked salt rimhalf rim
- blackberry skewer
- sage leaf
Serve
Method
- Prepare the glass with the garnish or rim and fill with fresh ice if serving on the rocks.
- Add all liquid ingredients to a shaker with hard ice.
- Shake until very cold and bright.
- Fine strain into the prepared glass.
- Garnish cleanly and serve immediately.
