- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.75 oz passion fruit pureefresh or unsweetened
- 0.5 oz orange cognac liqueur
- 0.5 oz demerara syrup
- 1 pinch thymelightly slapped or expressed
Garnish
- Tajín rimhalf rim
- passion fruit half
- thyme sprig
Serve
Method
- Prepare the glass with the garnish or rim and fill with fresh ice if serving on the rocks.
- Add all liquid ingredients to a shaker with hard ice.
- Shake until very cold and bright.
