Ingredients

  1. 2 oz Comisario Blanco
  2. 0.5 oz violette liqueur
  3. 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  4. 2 oz chilled sodatop gently

Garnish

  • dehydrated lime wheelclip to rim
  • fine salt featheroptional half rim
Serve

Method

  1. Add Comisario Blanco, violette liqueur, and lemon juice to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until very cold.
  3. Fine strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Top with chilled soda and garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
Hospitality Note

Serve in a chilled glass with the garnish clipped elegantly to the rim.
