  1. 1.5 oz Comisario Reposado
  2. 0.75 oz dragon fruit puree
  3. 0.5 oz coconut syrup
  4. 2 oz sparkling winechilled
  5. 1.5 oz soda watertop
  6. 1 sprig tarragon

Garnish

  • dragon fruit slice
  • tarragon sprig
Serve

Method

  1. Build tequila, fruit, and sweetener in a wine glass.
  2. Add ice and stir briefly.
  3. Top with sparkling wine and soda.
  4. Garnish with a lifted aromatic accent.
