Ingredients
- 2 oz Comisario Reposado
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz blueberry puree
- 2 oz sparkling grapefruit sodatop to length
- 1 pinch fine salt
- 1 sprig tarragonfor aroma
Garnish
- blueberry skewer
- tarragon sprig
- salt pinchoptional
Serve
Method
- Build tequila, lime, sweetener, and fruit in a chilled highball.
- Add ice and stir briefly.
- Top with sparkling grapefruit soda.
- Lift gently with a bar spoon.
- Garnish and serve tall.
Hospitality Note
Build with very cold bubbles and add carbonated ingredients last for lift.
