Comisario Blanco has bright agave notes which are a mix of subtle sweet and heat, tropical fruit and is extremely smooth.
Process
Comisario Blanco is a small batch tequila, organic farming of the agave takes about 7 years and from there it takes patience, due to our extended and additional processes, slow roasting the agave, removing heads and tails, removing impurities is just the beginning, we double distill the juice, ferment it with champagne yeast, run it through pristine cold filtering, oxygenating the tequila slowly ensuring a creamy proprietary smooth. Sip and savor the Comisario difference.
