Low and slow, cooked using a combination of stainless steel autoclave and brick oven
Aroma
Pale golden amber color with a silvery cast, Pineapple crème brulé, dried tropical fruit, nougat, dried flowers, spicy aroma.
TASTING NOTES
Cooked agave, medium to full body with anise cookie, herb and grilled pepper accents. Finishes with a long spicy sweet buckwheat honey fade.
