- 1 oz Absinthe
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Agave Syrup

You may choose any Comisario but I prefer the depth and tone of the Anejo for this cocktail.
1oz Absinthe
I chose Pernod also available at (https://cwspirits.com) but you can choose any you like.
1oz Lime Juice
Squeeze the juice fresh, measure one ounce, and pour into a shaker cup.
1oz Lemon Juice
Squeeze the juice fresh, measure one ounce, and pour into a shaker cup.
1oz Pineapple Juice
Squeeze the juice fresh, measure one ounce, and pour into a shaker cup.
Prepare the Glass
Freeze your glass before preparing for about an hour.
Shake & Chill
Add ice to your shaker and share vigorously, for at least sixty seconds.
