Ingredients
- 3 oz Tequila Comisario Anejo
- 1 oz Strawberries (blended)
- 1 oz Soda
- 1 oz Lime
- Tajin
- Salt
Preparation
Blend fresh strawberries into a sipping juice
Rim your margarita glass with Tajin/Salt mixture using the traditional full or half rim technique or the new method using a wide paint brush, swipe a stoke up one side of the glass and dip into the salt/tajin mixture
Pour your ice, freshly squeezed lime, strawberry, Tequila Comisario Anejo into a shaker cup, shake vigorously and pour into your prepped margarita glass, top with 1oz soda or bubbly water.
