Ingredients
- 2 oz Tequila Comisario Blanco
- 3 oz Soda
- 2 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Comisario Lime & Mint Syrup
- Mint to Garnish
- Lime Wheel to Garnish
- Sugar or Substitute
- Water
Preparation
First step is to prep our base in the elevated mojito you will need to make a Comisario syrup with sugar or substitute, lime and mint.
Boil the syrup base 1 part sugar and 1 part water. You can use plain white sugar, monk fruit syrup, allulose, or any other keto or natural sugar that will dissolve into water. Once fully dissolved carefully pour the mixture into a heat and cool safe jar preferably one, then fill the jar with lime and mint, and let sit for at least three hours (overnight is better).
Strain and use it as your simple syrup Magnificent Mojito base for up to one week.
Then simply add the ingredients and garnish your glass, works great as a pitcher for outdoor events and summer parties as well just x the recipe for the number of people, and mix well.
