Ingredients
- 2 oz Tequila Comisario Blanco
- 2 oz Comisario Orange Juice
- 1 oz Soda
- 1 oz Comisario Cherry Syrup
- 1 oz Lime
Preparation
Make Comisario Orange Juice by juicing your oranges and adding a splash of Tequila to the mixture and chill.
Make Comisario Cherry Syrup, pit dark cherries and juice until you have 8 oz of cherry juice, boil cherry juice with agave and brown sugar, let simmer for 20 minutes, chill.
In a tall, chilled glass
Fill with ice
Add Ingredients, layered, Comisario Spirit, Orange, Lime Juice, Soda, then top slowly with Cherry Syrup.
Create a lime bowl, place brown sugar cube and pour ½ oz of Tequila Comisario over it and light the cube using a barbeque lighter.
Use a metal straw.
